Refund policy

We want your GlowMemories Orb to be a gift you’re proud to give. Every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, plus free replacements if it arrives damaged.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your orb, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

  • Email us at paragonventures.xxx1@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without contacting us first can’t be matched to an order.
  • Return the orb with its accessories (strap, stand, USB-C cable), in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your orb arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn’t the item you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full, and you won’t pay for any return shipping.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking shows no progress, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Orders with Shipping Protection that are confirmed lost, stolen or damaged in transit are replaced at no extra cost.

Not Refundable

  • The optional Shipping Protection fee, once the order has shipped
  • Orbs returned with damage caused after delivery (for example a dropped or broken glass dome, or water damage)
  • Orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn’t been processed or shipped yet and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it’s still covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
